In the app

The quickest way is in Mochi Tutor itself, on iPhone, iPad, Android or the web:

• Open Profile (the person button on the home screen).
• Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account, then confirm.

This deletes the account straight away, with every child's name and the progress saved with it. The app then starts again as a new, empty account.

By email

If you can't open the app any more, email info@fortifylearning.com with the subject "Delete my Mochi account". Tell us how the account was saved (Apple, Google or an email address), or the phone number you text Mochi from. We may ask a few questions to confirm the account is yours, then delete it and reply when it's done.

What's deleted and what's kept

• Deleted: the account and everything saved with it, such as children's names, interests, grades, lesson progress, answers and rewards.
• Kept: anything we must keep for legal or security reasons. App activity, install information and problem reports aren't linked to a name and are kept as long as they're useful, as described in our Privacy Policy.

If the account was saved with Apple, you can also disconnect Mochi Tutor in your device's Settings under Sign in with Apple. If it was saved with Google, you can remove Mochi Tutor at myaccount.google.com/connections.
